I often ride it here in Philly (ours only goes east-west too) and I always enjoy the strange, but fascinating characters I meet. Maybe it has something to do with being underground. OMG...you should see what it's like riding the NYC subway system. It's fabulous!

ReplyDeleteOur train isn't underground. It's like being on the monorail at the zoo. Some of the areas you go through are very questionable. Always an adventure, though!

Hope you had a great 4th, too. We had great weather, albeit a little cooler than normal. But you know I'm not complaining!
