I've spent the last week sitting on top of my wobbly dryer. It's good to be back.

  1. I'm a little ashamed to say that I've been in the Golden Girls Marathon position before.

  19. HA! Oh my god that Mary Lou Retton one confused me at first. Because the size of the image was smaller, it looked like she had the leaning tower of Pisa growing out of her splits. But then I realized she was in the showe, which makes more sense. But now I kind of think that would be a funny picture to take in front of the leaning tower of pisa. Somebody, quick, go do it!

  20. If that's a 'Sylvia Plath', would the 'Ted Hughes' have something to do with choking a chicken?

Missed your wit and wisdom over the last week. Hope everything is working out for you.

Isn't the Sylvia Plath the funniest thing you've ever seen? And yes, so wrong.

  24. I think I take offense to the "lonely" and "loveless" part....can't we change it to "unimaginative" and "singularly-wanting"??

    It just sounds better....

  25. Kathyrn,
I like your idea! That DOES sound much better.
