This really can be a thorny issue. I have read that some dermatologists feel very reluctant or conflicted in telling people when they casually notice lesions or moles which might be cancerous on someone in casual contact setting.
I don't feel the need to offer unsolicited advice but I do feel a moral obligation to impose my will on those who dissagree with me.
of course it is. especially when i am smarter than they are :-)
