  1. This really can be a thorny issue. I have read that some dermatologists feel very reluctant or conflicted in telling people when they casually notice lesions or moles which might be cancerous on someone in casual contact setting.

  2. I don't feel the need to offer unsolicited advice but I do feel a moral obligation to impose my will on those who dissagree with me.
