Well, it looks like I was fuc#ed by a Trojan and not in the good Brad Pitt way. I think my computer is toast so I need to figure out what I'm going to do. Don't people have anything better to do than create viruses to destroy people's computers??
Since I can't access my blog from work, it may be a while before you see me again. Maybe my lovely sister, Lisa, will let me borrow this laptop for a while??

Fortunately, I'm working on Mac only (don't wanna do their marketing but I've never been bothered by viruses or Trojans or crap like that). But I just noticed Entrecard is fucked up again. Your site, dear Chrissy, as well as mine as well as more than two thirds of all their sites have just and simply... vanished! I mean, I downloaded their darn Toolbar, spent some hours "Hearting" my fav EC blogs in order to have them handy and ready whenever I felt like being entertained by, say, a funny new Chrissy post, for instance, and leave my "dropping" at the same time (not to confound with droppings, please; don't get me wrong lol), and then they all disappear! It seems you don't have an EC widget, luvvey! Strange thing is, I just dropped on your widget, the EC system counted on drop (as it is meant to do) and still they seem to believe you don't have a widget on your site. They think the same about me own bloddy blog, those creeps... I left them a message (well, two, to be honest because nonsense like that upsets me and because I've got nothing better to do at work for the moment). You might just do as well, Chrissy, otherwise, they'll never try to fix that problem. As for your PC probs, well, chin up, dearie, and don't leave us loyal readers all alone out there in that cold cold world...

ReplyDeleteThanks for the suggestion! That's awful about your checking account! Did you catch it soon enough for you bank to work it out? That happened to me with Paypal. Some overseas account tried to withdraw $3000 but since I always know to the penny what I have, I was able to close my account. But still a pain to have to close my account and cancel all my automatic withdrawals.
