I stopped getting inspired by spring when I realized that, no matter what I planted, it was transitory. In my mind, the dreaded early winter freeze was only moments away. My thinking became so phobic of the winter months that we moved away last week and left the only home I've ever lived in. The older one gets, the worst things seem.
I love daffodils
ReplyDeleteIs nice when you see then popping up like that as it means warmer days should be around the corner.
ReplyDeleteWe are a tad earlier here and they are in full bloom and all the flowering trees are turning the cars yellow with Pollen. AChooooo!!

X to you, Bern, and Vinny!
They look like what we call "perce-neiges" the mini tulips that poke out through snow. Kinda like a tore up condom, but in a good way!
